If you’re worried all your guests won’t fit in the tent you rented or that the hall is way too large for your party then Special Event Rentals is able to provide you with a detailed diagram for your event. We know it’s hard to imagine what 40’ x 80’ looks like and we don’t want you scrambling during your event set up as you move your head table from one side of the room to the other.
Our event planning diagrams are done to scale and personalized for your corporate party, wedding, or other events. Talk to one of our event planning experts and they will be able to work with you to provide different floor plan options for your event using the exact dimensions of the community hall, hotel banquet space, or tent you have booked.
Event diagrams will also help with set up as our staff can work from the diagram to set up quickly and efficiently.
Special Event Rentals will provide event diagrams for all events. In order to provide you with an accurate diagram we require the dimensions of your event space, approximate number of guests, type of event and we will work with you to create the perfect event!
