The Invensys Thermostat allows steady temperatures between 200˚F to 400˚F, with 100% safety shut off with built in pressure regulator. Also features high limit control for back-up safety, automatic standing pilot and brass burner valves. Has 45 lb. fat capacity, with a deep cold zone that allows food particles to sink below the tubes, reducing shortening breakdown and taste transfer. Features a 1 1/4" ball valve for easy and rapid draining. Requires a 6" clearance on the sides and rear to combustible surfaces.
This item requires a 20 lb or 40 lb propane tank. A 20 lb propane tank will last approximately 3 - 4 hours. A 40 lb tank will last approximately 6 - 8 hours.
This item will take 20 - 30 minutes to heat up oil at start.
This item must stay upright, and cannot be laid down during transport.

30lbs of charcoal is required to start the rotisserie, and an additional 5lbs per hour is required for duration of cooking.
Ensure item is balanced properly on center spear, as this will cause the machine to not rotate properly.
