You can’t be everywhere at once so Special Event Rentals has a team of event experts ready to assist you with setting up and taking down the rentals for your event. Utilizing this service will alleviate stress and allow you the time you need to focus on other details.

Working with you we can create an event diagram for your wedding, holiday party, or other event and our delivery crew will set up the rental items for you in the exact place you want them. We also have a dedicated crew of décor experts who can place linens, fold napkins, put on chair wraps, set up backdrops, and take care of any other set up you may need to be done. We will even place name cards, guest favours and complete any other finishing details so your event is picture perfect!

Many venues will only allow you into the event space a couple of hours before your event or require you to have everything moved out immediately after.  Talk to your contact at your venue about any time or space restraints to ensure your event will be looking spectacular when your guests arrive. Special Event Rentals can help you in these circumstances as we have a large team of experienced event installers who will be able to quickly and efficiently set up your event.

While the event set up and take down is included in the rental rate of some items including tents, staging, drape partitioning, and dance floors it is an additional charge for other items. Contact us for pricing on set up and takedown of the rental items for your next event.
