Has 45 lb. fat capacity, with a deep cold zone that allows food particles to sink below the tubes, reducing shortening breakdown and taste transfer. Features a 1 1/4" ball valve for easy and rapid draining. Requires a 6" clearance on the sides and rear to combustible surfaces.
This item requires a 20 lb or 40 lb propane tank. A 20 lb propane tank will last approximately 3 - 4 hours. A 40 lb tank will last approximately 6 - 8 hours.
This item will take 20 - 30 minutes to heat up oil at start.
This item must stay upright, and cannot be laid down during transport.
