NOTE:
• Cannot be Used With Outside Mix
• Takes 1 - 2 Hours to Freeze Slush (The hotter the surrounding temperature, the longer the freezing process)
• Alcohol Can be Mixed Directly Into Machine, at a Ratio of 1 40oz (1.13 L) Bottle per Granita Mix
• One jug of mix will yield 9.5L of slush and will fill one granita machine bowl
** The customer is responsible for set up and takedown of all concession equipment.
** Cleaning charges will be applied for each unit that is not returned clean.
